YF5132ACNC CNC gear shaping and key inserting compound machine tool can be used to roughly and finish the composite processing of inner and outer spur gears, double-connected, multi-connected gears and part keyways. This machine tool is a fixed product of our company. It is now widely used in various types of disc teeth, shaft teeth, etc. It is especially suitable for large-scale production and use in manufacturing industries such as engineering machinery, mining machinery, automobiles, tractors and aviation, and can also be used for single-piece or small-batch production and processing in manufacturing.
The overall layout and structure of the machine tool is reasonable, with good performance, easy to operate and repair, and easy to be included in the production automatic line. It consists of main components such as base bed, left and right columns, longitudinal slide plates, built-in slewing workbench, gearbox, tool holder, toothed box sliding pillow, and rotary head.
The machine tool movement shafts are directly controlled by independent AC servo motors, and have the characteristics of short transmission chain, good transmission rigidity and high transmission accuracy. The whole machine adopts AC servo drive and CNC control. The tool can automatically stop, and the internal and external teeth processing can achieve automatic cycle. The rough and fine processing can achieve automatic speed change, making the cutting usage more reasonable, which is conducive to improving accuracy, surface finish and production efficiency. It can realize one-time clamping of parts, and the machine tool can realize automatic transmission of machining parts from left to right, and automatically complete the composite processing of part insertion and key insertion.
The machine tool uses a sliding plate (work table) to move to achieve radial feeding and fast reversing, and the left and right columns are symmetrically fixed; a tool holder part is installed in front of the plug-in column, and a gearbox is installed on it. The stroke speed of the tool shaft is controlled by the servo spindle motor through a synchronous belt to achieve continuous speed change. By adjusting the eccentricity of the crankshaft disk, the tool axis stroke can be adjusted, and the tool machining position can be adjusted using the ball pull rod thread. The C-axis of the tool shaft and the B-axis of the workbench are driven by AC servo. During processing, the feed speed, cycle times, and cutting depth can be set arbitrarily, and automatic speed change can be achieved during rough finishing processing. The machine tool uses the cam and roller to drive the tool holder to swing, realizing the radial tooling of the inner and outer gears.
A swing head is installed in front of the key column, which is fixed to the column, and a sliding pillow and a crank guide mechanism are provided in the swing head. The servo motor drives the crank to rotate through two-stage pulley speed reduction, thereby driving the sliding pillow to reciprocate up and down. A knife insertion and a knife insertion fine-tuning device are installed below the sliding pillow to facilitate the alignment of the knife when inserting and cutting the keyway.
