Introduction and features of NiuTou Planer  

The main movement of small and medium-sized cattle head planers (see machine tools ) is mostly driven by crank rocker mechanism (see crank slider mechanism), so the movement speed of the sliding pillow is uneven. Large bull head planers mostly use hydraulic transmission, and the sliding pillows basically move at a constant speed. The return stroke speed of the slide pillow is greater than the working stroke speed. Because of the single-edge planer processing and the lack of cutting during the sliding pillow return, the productivity of the beef head planer is relatively low. The main parameter of the machine tool is the maximum planing length. The main cow head planers include ordinary cow head planers, contour cow head planers and mobile cow head planers. Ordinary bull head planer (see the picture) is made of a sliding pillow and a planer to perform horizontal and straight reconciliation movement. The knife holder can rotate at an angle in the vertical plane and can be fed manually. The workbench has intermittent lateral or vertical feed movements with the workpiece, which is often used for processing planes, grooves and dovetail surfaces. The contoured bullhead planer is to add a contour mechanism to the ordinary cowhead planer for processing forming surfaces, such as turbine blades. The sliding pillow and slide seat of the mobile bull head planer can also be moved on the bed (horizontal) or column (vertical) and is suitable for drawing partial planes of extra-large workpieces. A planer uses a recursive tool to cut workpieces fixed to the machine tool working platform [usually used to process smaller workpieces). The tool holder of the machine tool looks like a cow's head, hence the name.

Features

　　Shaper Machine is mainly used for planing planes, forming surfaces and grooves on small and medium-sized workpieces in single-piece small batch production. Its main five characteristics are:　　

　1. The workbench of the bullhead planer can rotate left and right angles, and the workbench has a fast moving mechanism for transverse and lifting; it is used to plan the inclined plane, thus expanding the scope of use.

　　2. The feed system of the planer adopts a cam mechanism and has 10-stage feeding capacity. It is also very convenient to change the amount of the tool.

　　3. The Niuta Planer is equipped with an overload safety mechanism in the tool handling system. When the tool handling is inadvertent or affected by external forces and overloaded by cutting, the tool handling slips on its own, and the lossless machine parts ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.

　　4. The lubricating oil from the oil pump is lubricated between the sliding pillow and the bed guide rail, as well as the gears with speed and the main sliding guide rail surface.

　　5. The bull head planer is equipped with a clutch and a brake parking mechanism, so when changing the speed, starting the machine tool and stopping, there is no need to cut off the power supply. The brake parking mechanism can make the inertial stroke of the sliding pillow when the clutch is disengaged.
