Unlike conventional single-function slotting machines, the BF5013 is an all-in-one solution capable of processing a wide range of workpieces. It can machine internal and external spur/helical cylindrical gears, multi-stage gears, and other gear-shaped parts via the generating method, while also supporting slotting for flat surfaces, formed surfaces, and keyways. This multi-functional design eliminates the need for multiple machine setups, drastically reducing processing time and improving overall production efficiency for our clients, especially those in high-volume manufacturing sectors.

Built with a high-strength cast iron base optimized through finite element analysis, the machine ensures exceptional rigidity and long-term stability. Its X/Y axes adopt direct-drive servo motors and pre-stretched ball screws, eliminating noise, backlash, and vibration caused by traditional belt/gear drives. The Y-axis features heavy-duty roller linear guides for ultra-high rigidity and fast positioning, while the X-axis mountain-shaped guide rail enhances load distribution and wear resistance, ensuring sustained precision over years of operation. Notably, the tool head can rotate around the column's horizontal axis, enabling efficient helical gear machining, with stepless stroke speed adjustment up to 400 str/min and an automatic tool retraction mechanism to protect workpiece surfaces during processing.

With a maximum external gear processing diameter of 500mm and a maximum module of 8mm, the BF5013 caters to diverse processing demands across automotive parts, general machinery, mold, aerospace, and marine industries.
